Free
Free is the WhatsApp group and select events. The energy, the conversations, the vibe. If you want to lurk, feel it out, and decide later, stay free.
Power Pass
Power Pass is for the people who already know they want to ship. The ones tired of starting and not finishing. The ones who keep saying "I'll do it later" and watching later turn into next quarter. The ones who don't need more inspiration. They need a system and a room full of people doing it with them.
For hanging around the edges. The Builders WhatsApp group plus select public sessions. No workspace, no directory, no replays.
Pay month to month. Cancel anytime. The easiest way to step inside and feel the difference.
Pay quarterly. Cancel anytime. About $32 a month, and your rate stays locked as long as your subscription is active.
Pay once a year. About $25 a month instead of $50. Your rate stays locked as long as your subscription stays active.
You've been in communities before.
The group chats you mute. The replays you save and never watch. The resources you bookmark and forget.
The Lab is structured for the opposite. You walk in, you find what you need, you make something, you leave with proof you did it.
The workspace.
Your projects, your sparks, your sessions, your notes. All in one place. You stop losing the thing you were working on between Tuesday and Thursday. You can actually see what you're building and what's next.
The directory.
You can find the person in here who's already done what you're trying to do. You can find the person who needs what you're offering. You can hire each other. Patronize each other. Collaborate. The directory is how a group chat becomes a network.
The session library.
Every session, recorded. Every recording, summarized by AI. You stop falling behind when life happens. You skim the notes, you grab what matters, you keep moving.
OpenClaw, working for you in the background.
The bot summarizes the group chat so you can catch up in 30 seconds instead of scrolling for 20 minutes. Your time stops being the tax you pay for staying in the loop.
The chat itself, elevated.
Same group, but you're showing up with the workspace open, the directory in your back pocket, and the receipts on what you've shipped this month. Different conversation.

Things worth knowing.
What is the AI Power Lab and how is this different from the WhatsApp group I'm already in?
The WhatsApp group is where the energy lives. The Power Pass is where you build. The group is for conversation. The Lab is for the work that comes after the conversation. You can have one without the other, but the people who get the most out of either are usually in both.
Who runs AI Power Lab?
Karima Williams. She's a self-taught builder and AI consultant who built Crash Out Diary with Claude. She started the Lab in 2026 so people could stop watching AI content and start building it alongside each other.
Is there a free option?
Yes. Free gets you the Builders WhatsApp group and select public sessions. The Power Pass is $50 a month, $97 a quarter, or $297 a year, and it unlocks the AI Builder OS: your workspace, the session library, and the member directory.
How often are the live sessions?
Most weeks. Usually about three a month, depending on what the month looks like. The live calendar is always at luma.com/aipowerlab, and every session is recorded for Power Pass members.
How do I know if this is for me?
You're a fit if you have ideas you keep not building, projects that live in too many tabs, and a real interest in shipping with AI as your collaborator. You're not a fit yet if you're still deciding whether AI is worth learning, or if you want to watch and not build. That's not shade. That's just honest.
Do I need to be technical or advanced to get value here?
No. The Lab works at every fluency level. Beginners get a system, a community, and a way to learn by building instead of just watching. Intermediate builders get accountability, better tools, and people to bounce ideas off. Advanced builders get distribution, collaborators, and a place to test new ideas in front of an audience that actually builds. The format adjusts to where you are.
What are people actually building in here?
AI workflows. Automations. Assistants. Landing pages. Content systems. Lead generation tools. Internal ops. Side projects that are about to become businesses. Things nobody's tried yet.
I'm already in too many communities. Why this one?
Because most of them are group chats with nowhere to put the work. The Lab is a workspace first. The community is the part that makes the workspace not lonely. If you're tired of communities that are all conversation and no output, that's the gap this fills.
Am I going to fall behind if I don't show up live?
No. Every session is recorded and summarized. You can drop in for two sessions a month and still get full value from the recordings, the notes, the directory, and the workspace. The Lab is built for people who have lives.
I don't have an idea yet. Is this still for me?
Yes, if you're willing to find one in here. Watching what other people are building is one of the fastest ways to figure out what you actually want to make. The directory and the chat are where most ideas get born.
Will I get to talk to Karima?
She runs the live sessions, she's in the chat, and she's the energy source for the whole thing. She's not your private consultant, but she's not behind a wall either. The Lab is how she stays close to the people she's building for.
What if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your billing period.
Is my rate really locked?
Yes. As long as your subscription stays active, your rate doesn't go up.
Monthly, quarterly, or yearly?
Monthly is the lowest commitment at $50. Yearly works out to about $25 a month, so it pays for itself by month six. Pick what feels right.
